WHAT YOU NEED…
- 1-2 Whole Chickens cut into portions
- Carnivore Candystore Crispy Chicken Seasoning
HOW TO DO IT…
- In a shallow bowl whisk together 1 egg & 1 cup milk
- Coat chicken pieces in Crispy Chicken Seasoning, then into egg wash Then back into Crispy Chicken Seasoning. COAT chicken well.
- Arrange coated chicken on a baking sheet. Let stand for 30 minutes
- Fill a shallow pan about ⅓ full with vegetable oil. Heat to 180°C – 350°F.
- Carefully lower chicken pieces in oil.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes per side or until juices run clear. Looking for and Internal Temp of 74°C -165°F 7. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
TIPS – Want a super thick and crispy, do a double dip of egg wash and coating.
